Announcement:
Due to the bitter cold temperatures and wind chill factors on Friday the Anaconda School District has decided to make school "optional" for students. Schools will be open for those students who can safely get to and from school. Our school buildings are warm and students who come to school will be well cared for by our staff and school will function like any normal school day. Parents have the right and responsibility to make good attendance decisions for their children based on individual circumstances. If you feel, due to the weather conditions, you don't want to send your child to school, please call your child's school and inform them that you will be keeping your child home. The absence will be excused according to your request.
