NOTICE: Destruction of SPED Records

3/28/25  The Anaconda School District (SD10) Special Education Department, under Regulations 300.573, MCA 20-1-212, and 10.16.3560, is announcing its intention to destroy the special education records of former students who were born in 2000.  Former students may contact the Special Education Department at 306-563-6141, Ex 1602, within sixty (60) days of this notice if they wish to obtain the student files.  Identification will be required to receive these records.
